With all the communication channels available today, keeping track of everything is a challenge. Pulppo bundles all in one tool to simplify and keep control of the deal and provide a better experience. Starting in 🇲🇽
For example:
Just to make one ACM, the broker has to open a spreadsheet, many tab browsers to search all property portals for similar properties to choose from, take the chosen ones and do the needed calculations to get proper home price. After that, open a word processor (Word) and prepare a presentation or a PDF document. Open his email, attach the file and send it to the client. Open whatsapp, attach the file, send it to the client and then… wait for feedback checking all communication channels used.
There’s at least 10 different apps involved and many hours of work too. With Pulppo you can do one ACM and send it to your client in just 5 minutes. And what about the feedback? Pulppo communications channels are all connected, so if you get an email or a text message, don’t worry, you don’t even need to check your phone for it. It’s all centralized in Pulppo.
Our challenge is to build a tool that “doesn’t have to be used”. We know brokers make more money doing what they do better with their time (selling properties and doing businesses) than making “data entry” tasks behind a computer.

Collections: With this new tool, brokers can easily organize the properties that their clients want to see and discuss them together. As a buyer with Pulppo keep track of the homes you like and save them in one place. It’s a simpler, smarter and more seamless way to help you find a home you’ll love.
Marketing Center: Help brokers to create beautiful and sophisticated marketing materials on their own, either to use them on social networks or send them by mail or Whatsapp. No more uploading pictures in multiple places. Just type the property code and Pulppo will show you a set of designs to choose from, tested and ready to use, populated with the property information you already have.
ACM: The tool searches for and presents brokers, comparables (we build a MLS tool who centralize all property listings available in the Mexican market) based on the client’s property features. Brokers can compare the listings side-by-side and make their own price suggestions or just allow the platform to make the suggestions. The digital CMA presentation can be shared with clients to be accessed at any time in a professional presentation level never seen before.
CRM: Contact management and communications tool that makes real estate brokers more efficient and effective, saving them time and helping them make more money. With a powerful command center where you can see at a glance how your deals are evolving.
